| Information Made by: Embroidered Laurel hood given as a gift to Mistress Lettice Peyton. The hood is made from green wool and yellow linen. The artist used 22 skeins of cotton thread to embroider the leaves and couched japanese gold metal thread around the leaves and in between to create the stems. Used gold passing thread to do the couching. Era: 15th Century English Seen at:
